Service & Spare Parts Coordinator

Location: Solihull

You will be part of a team providing a central point of contact for our clients, engineers and departments.
The Helpdesk is a fast-paced department, dealing with incoming phone calls and emails quickly
and efficiently to ensure the highest quality of standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responding to phone calls, emails and electronic forms.
  • Delivering outstanding customer service by responding promptly while always remaining courteous and professional.
  • Logging requests in the appropriate software, ensuring all relevant information is recorded, requests are categorised correctly
    and prioritised in accordance with their potential impact and urgency, ensuring that all owned requests are resolved.
  • Escalating requests where a satisfactory resolution has not been provided or where a higher level of management input is required.
  • Use of effective communication to proactively manage customer expectations.

Necessary Skills

  • Basic knowledge of computer software including the Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience working on a busy FM/Engineering helpdesk
  • Comfortable and professional on calls and email
  • Adaptable and flexible to change
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to organise and multitask
  • Excellent time management
  • Work well as part of a team
